Terms for using Stats API.

These terms govern access to stats-api.com, the Stats API dashboard, API keys, documentation, and paid plans. Contact kolagames07@gmail.com with questions before using the service.

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using an API key, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use Stats API for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be legally able to enter a contract and meet any minimum age required where you live.

Stats API is operated by Momo Games, whose postal address is 802, Vraj Apartment, Vadodara, India. Mandatory consumer protections in your location are not excluded.

Accounts and API keys

  • Provide current, accurate account information and keep login credentials confidential.
  • API keys are secret credentials. Store them server-side, do not place them in public code, and revoke an exposed key promptly.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and active API keys, including activity by your employees, contractors, applications, and agents.
  • You may not sell, publish, transfer, or pool API keys or create accounts to avoid plan limits.
  • Notify kolagames07@gmail.com promptly about suspected unauthorized account access.

Service, coverage, and changes

Stats API provides programmatic access to the football datasets and operations marked available in the current documentation and coverage pages. Roadmap items, examples, and preview labels are not promises that a feature is available.

We may add, correct, deprecate, or remove data and features to improve accuracy, comply with source rights, protect the service, or respond to events outside our control. We will use reasonable efforts to announce material incompatible API changes and provide a migration period unless an urgent security, legal, or licensing issue requires faster action.

No uptime or support service level applies unless a written plan description or separate agreement expressly provides one.

Permitted use and ownership

While your account and plan are active, Stats API grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to call the documented API and use returned factual data within your own applications, analyses, internal workflows, and AI-agent tools, subject to plan limits and source-specific restrictions disclosed with the service.

Stats API software, documentation, branding, data model, and non-factual content remain ours or our licensors’. Access to factual match records does not grant rights to competition marks, club logos, player images, broadcasts, editorial content, or other protected media.

You retain ownership of your applications and original content. Feedback may be used to improve Stats API without an obligation to compensate you.

Plans, quotas, and trials

Each plan includes the request allowance and requests-per-minute limit shown at purchase. Requests count whether a response is served from cache or normalized storage. Failed authentication and requests rejected before metering are handled as documented in the API contract.

Recurring plans offered at launch include a seven-day trial unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected plan begins and the payment method is charged at the price and interval shown at checkout.

We may change pricing or plan limits prospectively. Existing subscriptions keep their contracted price until a permitted plan change, renewal notice, or replacement offer says otherwise.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Polar is the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. Polar handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, invoices, and its hosted customer portal. The price, currency, billing interval, trial, and taxes are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Customers can cancel at period end, update payment methods, and obtain invoices and receipts through Polar’s hosted portal. Cancellation at period end preserves access until the paid period expires. Cancellation does not itself refund a completed charge.

Failed payments may cause a subscription to become past due, unpaid, or canceled after Polar’s recovery process and any displayed grace period. Access may be restricted when the subscription no longer grants benefits.

Refund requests are governed by the separate Refund Policy and any mandatory law.

Data limitations and responsible decisions

Football data may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, corrected, rescheduled, or unavailable. Identifiers and timestamps should be used with the freshness and coverage fields described in the documentation.

Stats API does not provide betting, financial, legal, medical, or safety advice. Predictions, calculators, examples, and AI-generated analysis are informational tools. You remain responsible for checking important decisions against authoritative sources.

Suspension and termination

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, excessive load, or a source-license restriction. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—survive termination.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and data are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stats API is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by data errors, source outages, customer code, credential exposure, or decisions made from the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Stats API during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not restrict liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Updates, law, and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be dated and, when accounts are active, communicated through the service or account email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Questions, notices, and support requests may be sent to kolagames07@gmail.com.
