Prohibited activity
- Circumventing rate limits, quotas, access controls, or billing restrictions.
- Sharing or reselling API credentials, or creating accounts to pool allowances.
- Using the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or rights infringement.
- Attempting to disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Republishing protected logos, images, or media as if factual data access granted those rights.
- Presenting Stats API data as guaranteed betting, financial, or safety advice.
- Using the service to facilitate malware, credential theft, spam, deceptive impersonation, sanctions evasion, or infringement of privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Removing source attribution or contractual notices where a documented data capability requires them.
Responsible automation and AI agents
Automated clients and AI agents must honor HTTP status codes, quotas, cache guidance, and rate-limit headers; use bounded exponential backoff; and avoid parallel request patterns that degrade service for others. Do not expose an API key to an untrusted browser, model prompt, public agent trace, client-side application, repository, or third-party user. Limit an agent to the operations it needs and validate material outputs before acting on them.
Data and redistribution
You may use returned data in your own product under your active plan, but you may not operate a competing raw-data resale or bulk mirror, evade export limits, or claim rights to third-party marks and media. Contact support for redistribution, white-label, archival, or unusually high-volume rights.
Enforcement
Stats API may throttle, suspend, or revoke access needed to contain abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal exposure, or a material source-license violation. Urgent containment may occur without advance notice. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to correct or appeal by emailing kolagames07@gmail.com.
Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination, benefit revocation, preservation of relevant evidence, and referral to Polar or lawful authorities. Mandatory refund rights are not affected.
